These terms govern optional, non-marketing operational text messages sent by Industrial Hose and Oilfield Supply to authorized personnel.
Program description
IHOS Chat SMS provides workplace and operational notifications related to IHOS Chat. Messages may concern warehouse, fleet, delivery, job, or other work coordination activity submitted by authorized coworkers. The program does not send marketing messages.
How to opt in
After signing in to the IHOS Ops Portal or IHOS Mobile, open Chat, choose SMS Settings, enter your own mobile number, and affirmatively enable "Receive Chat messages by text." The setting is off unless you choose to enable it. Consent is optional and is not a condition of employment or of using other IHOS services.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on IHOS Chat activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's terms govern charges to your mobile account.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to opt out. You may also disable SMS in the same authenticated Chat settings screen. Reply HELP for assistance or use the support contact below. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your choice.
Delivery and eligibility
You must be authorized to use IHOS systems and must control the mobile number you provide. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability may vary by carrier, device, network conditions, and IHOS service status.
Privacy
IHOS does not sell mobile numbers or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the IHOS Mobile Privacy Policy for details.
Changes or termination
IHOS may change or discontinue the program and may update these terms. Material revisions will be reflected by the "Last updated" date on this page.
